THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND David Dutkowski Archiving LLC.

BY INSTALLING The Doors.ai mobile application (“the App”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, OR CANNOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DISCONTINUE THE INSTALLATION OR UNINSTALL the App AND YOU WILL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

All photos (unless otherwise noted) and lyrics are property of The Doors Music Company LLC and may not be used without express written permission of The Doors Music Company LLC.

All other content in the App is property of David Dutkowski Archiving LLC. You may not use the content in other locations without the express written permission of David Dutkowski Archiving LLC.

OpenAI and similar platforms may NOT utilize any content with The Doors.ai to train their models.

All of the information in the App is supplied “as is”.

You agree that you will use the App at your own risk. You further understand and agree that we are not responsible or liable for your illegal, unauthorized, or improper use of information transmitted, monitored, stored or received using the App.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall we be liable to you personally for any loss, injury or damages (including but not limited to any special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenues or other incidental damages) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the App.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us for any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal expenses and other costs, such as attorneys' fees) reasonably incurred by us that arise out of your use of the App in breach of these Terms.

There will be times when the application is unavailable due to either planned or unplanned outages. There will not be any refunds given due to these outages. We will always do our best to get the application back online as soon as possible, or release a new version of the application to fix issues. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms in the App, or modify, adapt, translate, recast, alter, or create derivative works from the Software or any portion of it, or provide or disclose any such software or any portion of it to any third party.
